Members receive coupons, the latest Blue Bell information, and have the opportunity to participate in surveys and contests. And, the best part of all, members will receive a gift certificate for a free half gallon of Blue Bell Ice Cream during the month of their birthday.
[Edit 2/08] Has anyone received a "free half-gallon ice cream" coupon for their birthday in 2008? I know they're still offering monthly printable coupons, but I'm not sure if they're still mailing out the birthday coupons.

[Edit 2/08] For the month of February 2008 they're offering a coupon for a $1 off any Blue Bell half gallon.
I don't see the coupon for FREE ice cream, just $1 off.

They just started selling Blue Bell here in Louisville, KY, and I do have to admit it is some of the best store bought ice cream I have ever had. Tops the "upper crust" brands by far!
the $1 off coupons I just printed for Blue Bell show expiration date of April 15, 2007, which is over two weeks ago.

That's strange. The coupons I printed out when I joined up at the beginning of April (also for a $1 off a half-gallon) had an expiration date at the end of April.
The May coupons for a $1 off a half-gallon which I printed out yesterday have an expiration date of June 30, 2007.
I'm in Texas. I wonder if location has anything to do with it. Hmmmmm.

See my last comment before this. [Correction: See my comments below. There may be a way to print the coupons with a later date.]

Did you know Blue Bell was the original creator of Cookies 'N Cream? Everyone else copied them. That's still my favorite Blue Bell flavor. Nobody makes it like they do. I also like King Cake (only available around Mardi Gras), Canteloupe 'N Cream, Wedding Cake, Birthday Cake and Cherry Vanilla.
According to their website, they have 3 new flavors being introduced in May:
MANGO (Luscious mango ice cream with juicy mango pieces and a mango sauce swirl. A triple shot of flavor!)
CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES (Smooth, creamy vanilla ice cream blended with succulent strawberries, chocolate Strawberry hearts and a rich, milk chocolate sauce swirl)
BUTTERED ALMOND (Tasty buttered almond ice cream with lightly salted and roasted almond pieces)

Sorry to add ANOTHER reply, but I just found out some valuable information concerning the printing of the coupons (thanks to HCW). They print 3 times and the SECOND time should have a date of a couple months into the future. (The first and third printings are showing up as April 30 for some reason.)
I should add that I printed all mine on the first printing and they had a June 30 date. But as I just mentioned, other people are having luck on the second printing. So you guys might want to try to print them again and see what happens. Be sure to change the # of copies before printing. Good luck!

No one has actually said... for the birthday certificate, do they snailmail it or email it to you?
I just used the coupons to pick up two of their new flavors. I got Buttered Almond and Mango. I LOVE(!) the Mango and my SO loves the Buttered Almond (he loves anything with almonds though).
Gosh, I'd go crazy if I lived in a part of the country that doesn't have Blue Bell. For those of you who have never tried it: This ain't your ho-hum Dreyers/Edys/Breyers/Blue Bunny. And if your beef with other ice creams is that they're chintzy (sp?) with the mix-ins, you won't have that complaint with Blue Bell.
And no, I don't work for the company.

Yeah, but you probably should own it, with all that you've "purchased" into the company.

Never heard of it.
Blue Bell products can only be found in a small portion of the country, which is why we still think of ourselves as a little creamery. However, thanks to high quality products and loyal consumers, Blue Bell is the number three ice cream brand in the United States.

We eat a lot when we go back "home" and recently discovered that the nearby Outback restaurant buys BlueBell in the huge 5 gallon buckets. A little talk with the manager will get you your own personal bucket o' bluebell. It's a lot of ice cream and I imagine a lot of $$.

The June coupon is for $1.00 off the purchase of TWO Blue Bell Frozen Snacks. Expiration date is 7/31/07.
It can be found by clicking on "Print Coupons" under the "Country Store" heading at the top of the page.

I should add that for the month of May they're offering a coupon for a $1 off any Blue Bell half gallon. Not bad considering Blue Bell never has coupons in the Sunday paper.
