The coupon will be available for 23 hours following the end of the qualifying game. Should two or more teams score 23 points and win the game, the coupon for a free 20-oz. Dr Pepper will be available shortly after the end of the first qualifying game and remain available for 23 hours following the end of the last qualifying game. Must be a U.S. Resident. Limit one coupon per individual. Coupons will be mailed within 10 business days and expire 9/30/07.

Do we have to check back?I'm not sure but I think the sign-up coupon is coming regardless. I believe it's an additional coupon if a winning team scores exacly 23 points (not simply over). Then you need to log into drpepper.com and I guess click around for another freebie.
