I have a Mac, it worked fine for me. I downloaded it to the desktop and then imported to iTunes, no problem. |

So how long has it taken everyone to get the email with the code? I signed up last night and still haven't received anything. |

FYI I received the code, but got suspicous and tried to do a little research prior to downloading my free album. There is no mention of Entertainment Access when I did a search on the American Express web-site. The Entertainment Access seems very professional with all links working (that I tried). I called AM-EX customer service, they spent 20 min. trying to research the offer and came up with nothing. I cannot confirm whether the offer is legit or not - I chose not to download. |

Ya! I notice Nicole Atkins appears as a 7th download choice on the redemption site, but not on the AMEX registration page. Things that make you say hmmm! I thought it was strange when the e-mail said my ss# was my password and asked me to verify my bank account information to meet the standards of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). However, they told me they don't collect any personal information for "privacy purposes". Is there a reason to think this is a scam? |

Got the email with the code this afternoon. Downloaded the album (Santana) with no problems. No questions about SSN#'s...everything seemed cool! This was a great find! |
