Since it's a free gift we can't tell you what it is, but we can tell you that it is/was something listed for sale on our own website.
The site is a bit wonky, if you get an error, just go back and submit again and it will go through.
MUST click on a confirm email link, when it comes. "Just One More Step! You MUST confirm your subscription request before we can send your free gift and our e-mailer. Watch your e-mail inbox for an email from us, inside will be a link that you click to confirm your request."
NOT FREE !!! and extremely rude and insulting customer service replies.

I signed up last night but didn't get my confirmation e-mail yet ... Did anyone get it yet?
Thank you for requesting our free gift offer. As long as you provided a valid U.S. ship to address you can expect to receive your free gift in the next 4-6 weeks. Note: You must remain a subscriber until your gift is sent.

Each ornament comes with a gift tag explaining the German custom. The Pickle Ornament is placed on the tree after the children have gone to bed, when they awake, the children rush to the tree to find the pickle ornament. He or she who finds it first is treated to an extra gift and charged with handing out the presents.
So, these aren't coming... To see their "friendly" customer service emails, check out SD's thread on this... it's quite amusing.

So not do any business with this company. I ordered from them and received nothing but they got my payment. I checked them out on the Better Business Website, and they say they dont exist. I filed a complaint with them so do not do business with Sutters Creek.

I had the same problem with not recieving my order. I am not able to make contact with anyone at the company as they do not respond to e-mails or phone calls. Their automated answering message says it is Blue Bayou / Sutter's Creek, so I found a phone number for Blue Bayou at the same Snellville, Ga address. They denied any association with Sutter's Creek even though the sutterscreek domain name is registered through them.
I second the advice that you should not do business with this company! Registrant: Blue Bayou LLC

Well luckily I'm only out the request, and no cash. Live and learn.
