trouble is, the same photo may not look the same cropped at 8x10,5x7 and 4x6. With the 'package' plans, you can't adjust how each one crops. Oh well, for free, I'll take my chances.

Try these steps Alvin.

Login or Register if new to the site.
Upload your photo or choose it from your library.
Choose your set (1-8x10 2-5x7 4-4x6's)
Click "check out".
Enter code VALENTINE. (all caps)
Complete checkout

No one else has reported a problem Alvin, make sure you are following steps right, and CAPS the VALENTINE code.

I am getting error "The coupon is not valid for your order". I did exactly as you said. Is the deal dead already?

Description: Free Family Print Pack Valid once per customer. Use coupon code VALENTINE to redeem. Must pick-up prints by Saturday, February 9 to qualify.

Valid from: 2/6/08 to 2/9/08'

Must pick up by Sat? Usually, they allow the freebies to be picked up whenever and it only matters when you order it...

How to choose family pack? There is no option. It automatically chooses 1 4x6. Help please.

Zero out the 4x6 and put a "1" by the Family Pack choice.

BTW, picked up my photos at lunch and all sizes look fantastic, no crop problems!

Family Pack is a "size" option beside the photo that you want to print. You can't mix and match. Its a single print that you get multiple copies of.
