Prints are great. Photo center clerk asked me a few questions about why the order came up '$0.00'. Gave her the email confirmation and pointed out the coupon code.

I ordered a family pack with the coupon and selected the pay in store option. The photo clerk was confused. Apparently a duplicate order had printed out. She proceeded to ring up a new order charging me full price for both sets. I told her I had a coupon making it free. She called the manager and the manager said I could only get one set free so they took my other pictures

hmmm ... placed order yesterday, got print order confirmation email right away
but says we'll notify you once ready for pickup and that hasn't come...yet..
anyone else had the same ?

Same thing here, so after a few hours I called the store and they said it was ready for pick up.

I guess someone locally is either to lazy to send the confirmations out to Walgreens.com or to the customers themselves.

This adds to the many reasons I prefere CVS to Walgreens.......

anyone else had the same ?Same thing happened to me. I placed the order yesterday afternoon; the order should have been ready last night. I never got an email confirmation that the order was ready, though. I took a chance this morning since the Walgreens is only 3 blocks out of my regular route. The order was there waiting and ready. In fact, there were at least 8-10 other orders on top of mine in the 8x10 bin.

ok, I am confused. I don't see the family pack option, and I tried to choose those pics available in the pack w/ the code and it still does not work. Can someone please let me know what I am doing wrong? Thank you!!

Can any one please send me the official coupon details. I ordered 3 pictures and the store manager says its only one per family. I want to confirm on this.
