Services areas are TX, NY and CA, and note that CA is business customers only, while NY and TX are business and residential. It is highly unlikely, since this is an incentive to get you to switch to them as your energy supplier, that bulbs will be distributed outside of the designated service areas.

What about the "confim email address" part?
I have a feeling that this will only work in the states where this company offers service, that being Texas and New York. wouldn't expect anything, if you reside elsewhere. They can't give these out to every freebiaholic.
My local carrier sent two free bulbs to all customers, no signups required. Maybe your area carrier(s) have bulbs to give away, if you ask.

Type your email address in lower case letters. It won't accept it in caps.
