Woohoo. I was wondering when the next Smashbox freebie was going to be.. 
I just went up to the Stonebriar Nordstrom in Frisco and got a cold shoulder. I have never had a problem getting a Smashbox freebie before, not even from Nordstrom. The woman I spoke to was SO rude and said I had to fill it out and have a consultation, which I was cool with, but then turned around and said the person who would do it would be back in an hour and wanted me to wait. She said I can come back tomorrow for my consultation. Rude.
it's a cream highlighter quad. at the store by me, they didn't have it in a pouch or anything.
not bad, but if you bought something with 3 lipglosses, a highlighter quad, and a lipgloss/lipstick compact at costco, it's the same highlighter quad.
I had no problem getting mine.
The saleswoman was very casual about it and just handed it over. yay!

Auroraskye, if I were you I would report this to Nordstrom. Perhaps their website has customer comment link? My understanding is in all dept. stores these are now "leased departments" which means these are not Nordstrom employees but by acting the way she did damaged the Nordstrom reputation. I'm sure they would want to know. As this was a Smashbox promo and was not coming out of her personal bank account, she had no business treating you that way.
