I think 2 pounds of cat food is very generous! I am hoping there will be a larger bag that I can use the coupon toward and get an even better deal.

There's a $5 off Target coupon for a 6 lb or larger bag found here that can be combined with the manufacturer coupon. Target's website lists the price at $17.99 for a 7 lb bag, so it would still be $5.99.
edit: since I went there tonight I looked at the prices. $7.49 for the tiny 2.2 lb bag, so beyond the $7 for the coupon. But since the coupon just says free bag or $7 off 4+ lb bag, maybe they'll take off $7.49 anyway. The 4 lb bag is $11.49.

I got mine today also mine was for a free 2.2 bag of cat food or $7 off a 4lbs & a $1 off dog food. There were locations on the back of places near me that carried it.
