Getting started with MyCare360 is easy, because your USB key will come with step-by-step instructions. You'll get help with everything, from entering your insurance information to compiling your personal and family health history. Please retain the above order number, as it will be needed to activate your USB key.

This is how it works. The first mail is just a formality. Don't worry about this.
FIRST MAIL Dear Sibu Nair, Thank you for your interest in MyCare360TM. Since MyCare360 is being launched on a limited basis, not all applicants who sign up will be able to participate at this time. However, all applicants' requests will be kept on file and they may be contacted as the program becomes more widely available. We will notify you within the next few days to let you know if you will be able to participate at this time. Participants will be mailed their MyCare360 Welcome Kit, which includes your free, portable USB key. We appreciate your participation and look forward to partnering with you as you choose the path to better health management. Thanks again,
Q and the Quest Diagnostics Support Team
