No, it is not just for members. Print out the coupon. In the details, it clearly tells the cashier one way to enter the coupon if the customer is a member and alternate method to enter the coupon if the customer is not a member.

Thanks for this and thanks to whomever pointed out the bit up there saying that it;s also for non members. Had a problem getting it redeemed in one of our local stores here in Charlotte.
I think the $0.53 is for the caramal syrup. Because I got charged for $0.5 plus tax for syrup too. Still very happy!
