It takes about 5 minutes to order, and you don't have to speak with anyone.

You must be 21 or older (they will ask you for your driver license number near the end so that they can confirm you are 21)

Asks first if you are a smoker over 21 or a non smoker, make sure you put you are a smoker

You will be added to the Middleton's mailing list (company who makes Black & Mild). They will send you coupons and such in the mail. They will ask for your email but you do not have to give it. You must say and spell everything and then press the # key. Rather easy.

I remember that I only used the soundex code for my last name beginning of my DL number and made up the rest and I still received it.

They now ask for the last 4 digits of your SSN instead of your Drivers License number
