Got one of these when they had the website survey a while back. It's white fine-weave treated cotton with the Xyzal logo screened on one corner, and has a zipper closure. Not the best quality (cotton is rather thin compared to the heavier fabrics used in my purchased mattress and pillow cover set), but it's free. I used the previous one for one of the many pillows I sleep with, have one pillow that doesn't have a cover, so that's where this will go. At least it's not one of those plastic/vinyl ones. Had them as a kid, and hated them.

After providing your NAZ, a recording should have stated that your Welcome Package w/information about Xyzal and hypoallergenic pillowcase would be on it's way. Did you go through the sign-up process? I didn't hear any mention of the pillowcase, until after providing NAZ.
in my call it didn't say anything about a pillowcase, but it did ask for my name and address and said they would be sending me "information," in 6-8 weeks. is that was is supposed to happen?

I just tried calling and there was no mention about a pillowcase.
