how to use the 30 credits? automatically?

I add one item in my bag, but it doesn't apply automatically.

I didn't use the CUSTSERV10 code, I left it blank.

I only see $20 in credits but when I check out, I have to enter my cc info and it doesnt seem to show my credits on the total.

THIS IS NOT DEAD! I just called to ask about the credit not showing up in my check out page and the representative said that they are having technical problems with the site right now. She said to go ahead and place the order and then call them so that they could manually enter the info and issue the credit back to your card.

I called also but my rep said they were going to investigate the orders, so we may/maynot get a refund.

NEVERMIND.

I used it earlier and it worked, (the code INSTYLE automatically came up in the sponsor code) and I was trying to sign my boyfriend up just now, and when I click the same link I did before, the code doesn't come up automatically anymore, and when I try to manual type it in, it tells me the Sponsor code is invalid...im guessing it is dead, or they are seeing that too many people are using it, but I know several of you called and they said they are having tech. difficulties, so I'm hoping it starts to work later/tomorrow so I can sign him up!! If anyone has an updates, please share!
