At this point it's uncertain if you will get your refund so I'm hesitant to order anything. I saw this last night and I should have pounced on it then. I was all like, I'll do it tomorrow. hehe. Next time, I know better! |

I just called the Haute customer service line, and they said to place the order(which will charge my credit card),and they will investigate whether I received the credits legitimately or not, and then they will send me an email that will either credit my account for the $30, or if I want to continue to place my order without the credits and pay for it...in short...they found the fatwallet effect and were bombared with free credits....they are now sorting the legitimate ones from the fake ones...said it should take them a few days to sort it out. |

I never received any confirmation of my order and it looked like it billed my credit card instead of applying the $30 credit the other day when I ordered. |

Only used the $20, not $30, and got something that came out to about $23 shipped. Still stuck at "pending shipment." I emailed them Tuesday night about getting the credit applied and still no response. Will dispute this if necessary. > |

Mine still says pending. What's left of my original credit also still shows up, so I don't think they've retracted them (or at least not yet). If I remember correctly the message I got after placing the order was that things typically shipped from their warehouse in something like 10-14 days (which seemed a little odd, honestly), so even if the freebies go through it could take some time to get them. |

I am pretty sure that my order will go through. Today I saw in my checking account that they refunded the $20 as they said they would when I called to ask about the $20 credit issue. But I have not gotten confirmation yet, but I'll post when I do. |

I just checked my online order with the $30 off and there is a UPS tracking number.I can hardly believe it.I thought all orders would be canceled.Mine was free!!! |

My order I placed was canceled but the order I placed for my mom and had sent to her place shipped just got a tracking number for it. I don't get it I order the same thing for both of us, were in the same state? Oh well at least she will get something nice out of it! |
