We been making this at home. Its complicated if you read the manual, so here it is. Buy a small bag of expresso coffee, typically 3 for $5.00 at Publix. Or grind some beans for expresso coffee so the grounds are fine. Fill the metal filter to 2 or 4 and place under the machine above the small pot. Fill the small pot with water up to the line above 4. Pour into the water supply and screw the lid back on. Make sure the steam release is closed and place the glass canister under the filter. Select your preference on the aroma and turn the machine on. Once the canister fills up to 4,turn the knob to cappacino so it stops flowing into the canister. Turn the machine off and pour some Hazelnut 1/4 (of the cup you choose) or your choice of creamer from the dairy cooler above the milk at your local store into a glass or coffee cup. Place under the frother and turn the steam knob to release steam into the milk until it froths. Put some ice into the glass and pour the expresso into the cup above the milk leaving room to add whip cream on top. Then squirt Hersey chocolate on the whip cream, stick a straw or spoon in it and enjoy! Now wasn't that easy?
