Had such a hard time getting the page to submit with my name and address.
Finally tried it again and it said:

"Thank You for entering but remember you can only enter once per day"

So, I'm hoping that means they got my address.

After you enter your email address, you get a form for your name and address etc. On there it says that they'll mail you a COUPON for the Chapstick. It doesn't give a number though.
