Wineaux said:I keep getting a winner screen, but it is browned out, and none of the links work. This is with FF 3.0. I'm trying now with IE. OK, now that the site has slowed down a bit, I finally figured out how to get to the registration screen to get the free chocolate... The registration link is live for all of about 2 seconds. That's right. 2 whole seconds! So what you have to go is get the browned out screen, hit refresh, place your mouse cursor over the registration link box, and click like freaking crazy until you catch the live link. It does work, but it's an utter PITA! I hope this helps some folks. |

NoDAK said:I just registered two people for the free chocolate and I experienced no issues with the site. So, if you couldn't get in earlier, you might wanna try again now. Did you use the same address? Because I tried ordering one for myself and one for another family member. I used two different email addresses, but the same home address, and it wouldn't let me do it. The first one went through fine, but the second one it said I had already requested it for this week. I thought you could order up to 4 (four) per household total (for the duration of the promo), as long as you used separate email addresses. |

No, I ordered for two chocoholics living in separate states. I don't see why that wouldn't be allowed though. I states the limit is four per household, but it doesn't say that all four can't be requested on the same day. ETA: To test the theory, I sent an additional coupon to each of those two addresses. I received a confirmation email for each. |

It does work, but it's an utter PITA! Huh?! I simply go to https://secure.realchocolate.com/. There I'm greeted by an age verification overlaying the actual webpage. After the satisfying the agecheck, I see the underlying webpage saying I'm one of the lucky the 250,000 people eligible to register (BTW, you get 5 minutes). I click the brown "register now" button and get another overlay (this time requesting my contact info. After I complete the form and click the "get chocolate" button, I get a confirmation. |

This offer is valid for months. I couldn't get in today, but hopefully it will cool down and I'll get one later. I love free, but a single candy bar isn't worth wrestling with getting the page to load correctly. ETA: I couldn't get it to work this morning, but I got in instantly a minute ago. |
