It seems to not work with some colors. I clicked on white on white and nothing happeded but when I chose another color something popped up on the right hand side saying "order this color" then the request form popped up.

It's been saying "Please wait. Your order is being transmitted ..." for the past 10 minutes. Still has not gone through.

I got tired of waiting so I closed the window and started over. It worked this time. Took about 30 seconds and I got an email confirmation too. Give it another shot. I think it's still working. Or you can try calling 1-800-454-3336.
