How do you get it to work? I get as far as the page with all the colors, but don't get anywhere past that?

thanks, sandy It seems to not work with some colors. I clicked on white on white and nothing happeded but when I chose another color something popped up on the right hand side saying "order this color" then the request form popped up. |

It's been saying "Please wait. Your order is being transmitted ..." for the past 10 minutes. Still has not gone through. |

Two hours for me. I think it is effectively dead if you get in at a particularly busy time. I got tired of waiting so I closed the window and started over. It worked this time. Took about 30 seconds and I got an email confirmation too. Give it another shot. I think it's still working. Or you can try calling 1-800-454-3336. |
