Actually with all seriousness, I'm not ready yet (ie: have to spend the money on a new dryer and then probably the washer) but I bought my foreclosed condo in LA and I want to find a reasonably priced/reliable contractor to do some work around here. Thanks OP a bunch for posting this.

New Castle has verified and sent 17 cards this past week. We have also eliminated several replies that were not local, found to be fraudulent (ie; gave a business address, not a home address) or in 2 cases repeat attempts. The survey is still open, so feel free to check out our web site and go for it!
It's a nice kit. Thanks! I am always interesting in hearing about good people in the construction business. It's so difficult to find good people, but in Los Angeles, it's worth it because of the tax savings.
