I have redeemed for the$4 coupon. First time printed it with no problem. The next time I redeemed for the coupon it wouldnt print. Anyone else have this problem? |

I had the same problem. Go to the "don't have a printer" button next to the print coupon and it will bring you to a help page. Send them a message that the coupon wouldn't print. Include your name and address and user ID and they will mail you the coupon that didn't print. Not sure how to fix the problem itself. I have tried to clear the cookies, reboot, and even uninstalled the coupon printer. None of it worked. However, if you go to another computer, it will print just fine. Anyone else have any thoughts? |

All I've seen for the last 4 days is "Remember, each time you enter a code from the package, not only do you earn points, you’re automatically entered to win the monthly $500 sweepstakes." Is there no chance of winning a frre jar coupon anymore? |

The promotion is over.
I went to print coupons and it said so. I have shot an E-mail off to them asking what we are expected to do with our unused points because they did not give us any warning. I am awaiting an answer. Will post it when I get one. |

Promotion for coupons is not over. Official rules state: "2. PROMOTION PERIOD AND PROMOTION DESCRIPTION:
The Promotion begins on or about January 1, 2009 at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on December 31, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the "Promotion Period"). Lets me get all the way to the coupon printing website, and they say "We're sorry, this campaign is over." I have sent an e-mail as well. We'll see. |

I just got an E-mail asking what coupon I did not get and where to send it. Looks like they will send me one coupon for the 300+ points I have. |
