This is just a "life coach" (aka a "distributor", aka a "sucker") who hasn't caught on to the fact that MLM is a scam, trying to get new clients. You won't get anything free until he/she talks to you (and they'll pitch to you hard, either to buy the product, or to sign you up as a "distributor".
MLM is like a religion to some people, you can't talk to them unless it's about a "great business opportunity", you can't argue with them, you just have to wait for it to catch up with them. So I wouldn't bother with this freebie, I'd bet money it's not worth the hassle.
