Just got my Chase Rewards Statement and usually I throw away everything but the statement without looking. This time I happened to look and found a coupon for a free Vivanno Smoothie and 2 coupons for 50% off a Vivanno smoothie.
Thanks for the post. I have online statements, and none of those had the coupons in.

Ditto. I used to have a Providian/WaMu card that didn't offer paperless and had pretty good inserts. Now that Chase bought them, they're included in my paperless option as well. Oh well
Damn I have no chase statement. I have their card but I hate Chase ever since I got screwed on a deal with a plater who wouldn't accept discover card (oh and go figure why that would be). I rarely use it, only for real cheap deals I find usually on here if they only accept mastercard.

I did not receive any coupons with my Chase Freedom Mastercard, but I did receive them with my Chase Visa. Thanks OP.

I got an email attachment yesterday for these coupons for the free and 1/2 price smoothies at Starbucks. PM me and I'll be happy to forward you the email with the coupon attachment that I got.
