I take the oil in pill form. very good for the system. *I remember when I was sick as a child, my grandmother gave it to me in the liquid form.YUCK! My children take them during the fall/winter and no cold for almost 3 years now.

You want to take them BEFORE you eat, otherwise you can STILL get the "fish burps" <-- speaking from experience.
