Thank you for agreeing to participate in this important survey. We have only a few short questions and in return for your participation we will send you 2 Free Compact Fluorescent (CFL) bulbs. You will receive one 60W and one 100W equivalent energy-saving bulbs.

Once you finish the survey, it takes you to TXU e-store. Click close and another survey link pops up.

Since they have an on-line store, I would think the survey (and light bulbs) would be for anybody who accessed their site. If you say you were looking for something specific, they ask why you didn't make a purchase today. Thinking positve about being enlightened.
