Has anyone gotten this?

It's been a couple weeks now, and considering I'm a *cough* "prospective" student I'd appreciate my bookbag. Oh and I guess the paperwork is alright.

Maybe they realized that people living in all parts of the US were suddenly signing up for information for a community college?
