I think it is permanent paper, not parchment paper.

Nop Bro, that's Parchment!

How many books in the Library of Congress do you believe to be printed on groundwood?

The best choice to ensure that your book will not deteriorate quickly is to choose Permanent Paper over groundwood.

So it is not parchment.

I know you are new and I do want to say welcome to Fatwallet. It might seem that we are a tough crowd here so you need to have a thick skin. We are a little tough but that comes from years of posting. Please continue to post but do a search to see if it has already been posted first and check out all the facts of the offer and you will be fine. I don't want to come off as harsh because I don't mean it to sound that way I just wanted to give you a couple of tips, and we really do welcome your input.

I'm not sure I need permanent paper. I could have used parchment paper though!

The text on the website states: I would like to receive a sample of Permanent Paper.
