Keep an eye open when you're on Facebook. When I logged on I noticed a Halls Refresh ad on the right. (First there are two "suggestions" then one "sponsored"). In the ad there is a link to have a sample sent, click it and a form will pop up to fill in your address.
This is definately YMMV since they're probably only targeting select groups. I can't figure out any way to provide a direct link. Try logging on and keep hitting refresh until the ad pops up.

Like I said, they're probably targeting certain groups. I've placed ads on FB before and you can say only certain networks see it, etc. College networks get A LOT more ads
TIP: Whenever U see an ad like this, FIRST Left Click and get destination URL, then post it here. After U do that, click thru and get the deal yourself.
