HOW TO OBTAIN THE FREE BOOKPLATE: If you have not signed up for the mailing list, enter your email address in the box and you will be transferred to a sign-up page to enter your information. Be sure to click the "Bookplate" box to sign up for the bookplate offer.
If you are already a member of the mailing list, enter your email address in the box. You will be transferred to a page where you will verify that you want to update your Profile. Click "Submit" on that page. You will then receive an e-mail with a link to your account information page. Click that link and on the account information page, check the "Bookplate" box and enter your mailing address information, then click Update Profile Changes. You MUST provide your FULL physical mailing address to receive the bookplate
I guess it's kind of busy...first time I tried to put my email addy in, I got shoved off to the company she's using to collect the data for the offer. Worked fine 2nd time though
