They got my name, address, city, state, zip, telephone number, and date of birth, before I found out they wanted part of my social security number, which isnt even on my drivers license. By the way, thats not even a secured web page. When I buy my own hat, you can be sure it wont have their logo on it.
These companies are under such strict guidelines because of Joe Camel and the likes that they have to verify your at least 18 period. If you don't want tobacco products please don't complain so much!!! If you have not registered under R.J. Reynolds or Phillip Morris before than expect some ID info requirements.
It's really time consuming to do this one. You have to submit all this personal information, then you have to play the f///ing game, which sucks. It's difficult to steer, hard to control, and in general, a waste.
All tabacco companys websites ask for your ss# to prove how old you are bye law all tabacco companys have to prove your age before they can let you enter there web page

I don't know if this would help you, but I bought my family members, well, the ones with a y chromosone, camouflage hats for Christmas of 2008. They even have LEDs on them. The guys loved them!
I bought them at Lowes.

Got my hat and $10 Bass Pro GC in the mail today. I expected it to have their logo on it but it didnt, it was a plain camo hat with an orange stripe along the edge of the brim. Nice looking hat...
