I'd be tempted to check the WalMart and see if they sell this chicken or whatever there to get a code. Worst that could happen is to get free food out of the deal haha.
I tried to use their site to locate their products but there is not any detailed information and their phone support is closed.

Actually I will go down to there to check it out. Need some milk anyway. I should be back in 20 minutes. Hopefully it's sold there even.

I just checked walmarts site and it does say they sell a bunch of their stuff. I'll get back in a bit with what I find out.

I got in the last time this was up.

It wasn't a "password" it was a 4 digit code (as someone else mentioned). There were a handful of different codes the OP posted that got you into different surveys. Each code only worked a certain number of times, until the survey had enough responses.

I don't think they'd have any connection to the 7 digit code they're asking for now.
