This sure seems like a lot of personal information to give out for a child; name, address, birthdate,school name & address, grade in school - no thanks, better safe than sorry I think.

This program is only available to children within the ComEd and PECO electric utility service areas of Illinois and Pennsylvania. There is a note on the sign-up page that states that registrations outside the service areas will not be processed.
