International design firm IDEO (www.ideo.com) is currently looking for credit card, loyalty and rewards programs users for in-home interviews. We would like to talk about your experiences earning, redeeming and using rewards. Interviews will take place in the New York Area Thursday, November 19th, Friday the 20th and Monday the 23rd. We are looking for couples, family and friends who participate in rewards programs. Conversations will last 2 hours, you will be compensated $200 for your time and might be responsible for a small activity prior to the meeting.

Share your opinions, ideas and experiences and inspire our design projects!

Types of people we seek:
+ You save up your points and wait for the right time to redeem for something really special
+ You redeem your points often on smaller rewards—you don’t wait for the big ticket items
+ What you like most about your rewards program is access to special services, like preferred seating or exclusive access to events—you’re less interested in accruing points and more in the ongoing benefits of membership status
+ What you like most about your rewards program is the ability to get Cash Back
+ You belong to a loyalty or rewards program that’s not associated with a credit card and love it
+ You own a small business and apply your credit card rewards to family or personal use
+ You are an active member of 6 or more different loyalty or rewards programs and accrue lots of rewards
+ You recently switched rewards programs and had to use up or transfer all of your rewards
+ You consider yourself a master of managing the ins and outs of rewards programs or use an online trade and share points program like points.com
+ You pool points with family or friends
+ You don’t use rewards programs at all, or you’re a member of multiple rewards programs but rarely ever use any of them
