No purchase is necessary for this offer. You must be 13 years of age or older to participate. Between 4/1/10 and 4/30/10 (the Promotional Period) to receive a free uniball Jetstream Retractable pen (suggested retail price is $3.30) (the Pen) go to the NBC Experience Store (the Store) located at the corner of Rockefeller Plaza and West 49th Street (between 5th and 6th Avenues) during normal Store business hours, Monday through Saturday: 8 am to 7 pm; Sunday: 9 am to 6 pm, and request a Pen in-person at the uni-ball kiosk by filling out the promotional form via the computer station. Free pens will be made available by Experience Store staff, to those who have filled out the form, and have printed redemption page. Pens are available only while supplies last. Only a maximum of 100,000 Pens will be given away during the entire Promotion Period. Incomplete requests or requests received after the supply of Pens has been exhausted will not be honored or acknowledged. The Promotional Period will end at close of normal business hours on 4/30/10 even if the entire supply of Pens has not been given away. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Pen with an alternate pen of equal or greater value if featured Pen becomes unavailable (subject to announcement posted at Store.) Limit one (1) request per person during the Promotional Period. Additional requests will not be honored. Fraudulent requests could result in prosecution.
