where does it say 'unlimited' in press release or the ad? For past few years they have limited one for one person and that too is a smaller size than the regular one..

It may be technically "free", but they do a helluva job in trying to GUILT you into donating to whatever charity they are sponsoring. At one shop, they had some kid's charity set up at the exit door, and you literally had to squeeze your way out, between this archway with kids & a table & whatever display stuff they had constructed.
At another B&J, they had a local fire dept. serving the cones, with a firetruck outside, firemen flanking the exit door, etc.
You look like a real schmoe, walking out without dropping $ into one of the fire boots.
