Worked for me. I did not fill in the membership number where it asked for it, but it still went through. It was not starred as being a required element.

Today I see there is only one choice of Fragrance, but yesterday there were 2 options. Hopefully you can try again without a membership number, but be sure to check question 3 about which sample. If that works, let us know!

You have to click on "Discover Softness." Didn't work first time I tried, try again and a pop-up window will appear for you to fill in your mailing address and email info. Ignore the text near the bottom "There are currently no items available ..."
