Sounds like you're new to coupon-ing. If you want a coupon you need to be more specific. "great coupons" doesn't tell us anything. We're from all different parts of the country and have no idea what's "great" at Kroger or Publix. A coupon's "greatness" changes from week to week. If widgets are on sale this week, getting coupons for widgets next month doesn't help you. Good coupon use involves matching a coupon with a sale price and optimally with another promotion as well, ie on sale, have a coupon, a Catalina prints out and you can use the receipt for a MIR! Doesn't happen that way very often but sometimes...
Read the ads for upcoming weeks as far in advance as possible so you have time to plan your deals and collect the needed coupons.
If you're just learning to coupon I suggest following the Kroger and Publix forums on A Full Cup dot com.
