Anyone have any luck calling customer service and getting them ta add the 8 pack of Sharpies to your 50AP tracking balance? The Culturelle Health & Wellness tracks for RA50 but the (purple) Digestive Health does not. My boxes of Health & Wellness w/ expiration date 4/14 had $2/1 any Culturelle coupon in them. I got a box that expires 6/14 and there was no coupon in it
I called for missing Eclos RA50 credit. Was told it would be added in 48 hr. 4 days later called to add more receipts including sharpies. CSR said he'd have to resubmit the first request (took all the receipt info again) and it should post in 72 hrs. That was a week ago! Its still not there. Now I've read that CS is telling people that there are mistakes on the list and we will not be getting credit for missing receipts. Sounds like fraud to me. A mistake is a misspelling. Saying "Culturelle" and not specifying which Culturelle is not a mistake. I'd be posting on FB if I did FB

The Culturelle Health & Wellness tracks for RA50 but the (purple) Digestive Health does not.
Where can I find the Culturelle Health and Wellness? Is it with the vitamins? What color is the "right" box?
My Health & Wellness is w/ the vitamins aisle w/ the other probiotics. Most of my stores only carry the Health & Wellness-- at least w/ the probiotics. I never checked the stomach meds. One store had the purple Digestive Health mixed in the same row as the yellow Health & Wellness which is how I learned that the purple Digestive Health doesn't count. It generates the +Up but doesn't count towards RA50. I plan a return-rebuy.

yes. At least its seemed to be counting for me. See my scenario below. Without the $16 for Culturelle I would not have received the $10 RA50.

so the yellow health wellness box DOES count towards the RA 50?? just making sure I understand this. I can confirm that it was tracking for me. "health & wellness" one. I bought "digestive health" that didn't track.

Interesting glitch happening w/ Tresemme hair products. There are 50% off items on the shelf. Many of the Tresemme products have $1.75/1 peelies on them. I price checked item. Price checked for $3.14 (full price $6.29), 50% off. Purchased item. Rang up full price less Wellness discount. $6.20 - 20% = $5.03. Store gave me cash refund for difference. They price checked it again. Showed 50% off.
Next store I went to same thing happened so we did the following: rang up w/o wellness card. Price was $3.14 (50% off). Scanned wellness card. Price increased to $5.03. Manager asked if I wanted to buy w/o Wellness card. ummmm no. He agreed to do a "price modify". Scanned wellness card. Scanned item. Rang up $5.03. He price modified to $3.14. Register took off an additional $1.26 which is the gold discount based on full price ($6.29). Final price $1.88 less the $1.75 peelie.

afaik there's only one plastic frame producing the $1 +Up and its the Pinnacle 2.25 x 3.25 in Bent Acrylic Frame. Its the same item listed twice w/ 2 different prices. funny how they used metric system (2.25, 3.25) for inches.

I had to shop in more than one store to get 7 products but if you're hunting for frames might as well hunt for clearance tresemme as well. Make sure you price check first to confirm (and show cashier) that it should ring up 50% off. Cashier will probably need manager to price modify-- so I look for manager before I check out

Possibly because they are all made in China, and China used the metric system? Just a guess...
A funny thing I saw on the wrap of one of the photo frames I saw yesterday at a store was a white sticker with some handwritten Chinese-looking characters on the back. I guess they forgot to take it off at the factory.

Since Hong Kong was British they probably also use pounds/inches so must be a label designer on the mainland.
