Does Rite Aid's current coupon policy allow you to use a manufacturer coupon with a free item? I thought they stopped allowing that some time ago.

I wonder why the first coupon beeps as the coupon is for the exact item you are buying.

Donate the litter to a cat shelter, they love to get donations of things like this.

Are you sure about that MisterCheap? From the official Rite Aid coupon policy dated 4/6/12, it says:

Buy One, Get One Free

Rite Aid accepts Buy One, Get One Free coupons, however only one coupon can be used for each pair of items purchased. A customer can use one “cents off” coupon (a coupon of fixed value such as $.50, $1.25, etc.) in conjunction with the item they are purchasing on a Buy One, Get One Free promotion (or with a Buy One, Get One Free coupon), although the value of the cents off coupon cannot exceed the selling price of the item. Customers can use up to two coupons with a Buy One, Get One at a % off promotion, provided the total value of the coupons does not exceed the selling price of the two items combined.

Buy One, Get One Free coupons cannot be used in conjunction with a Buy One, Get One Free or with a Buy One, Get One at a % off promotion.

I see you can use two coupons with a Buy One, Get One at a % off promotion, but it looks like with a Buy One, Get One promotion/coupon, their wording in the policy makes it seem like they only want to accept a cents off coupon for the item you are buying. Although I don't see where it specifically prohibits using a cents off coupon for the one you are getting for free. To me the policy is a little ambiguous regarding using two cents off coupons for a BOGO sale.

You're right. Official corporate policy says it is not allowed, but many Rite Aids at the individual store level may allow it. That why I say YMMV. My main Rite Aid allows coupons on the free item of BOGO sales.

The beeping has nothing to do with using two on a BOGO sale. For whatever reason this $3 coupon isn't coded correctly to include this particular Osteo. I used the $5 coupons a few months back on a different type of Osteo (large size) and those coupons did not beep.

To me the policy is a little ambiguous regarding using two cents off coupons for a BOGO sale.Everyone always used to say you couldn't use two coupons on B1G1F items. But then RA actually advertised a B1G1F item and said to use a coupon that was for 2 items. So obviously the person who wrote that ad did not know what the policy was. And the coupon worked fine. So it was obvious that the policy did not match reality.

I used 2 coupons on the Sundown B1G1F stuff tonight and it worked fine.

Obviously it shouldn't because it's the wrong size. My store did not seem to carry the Osteo that is generating the +Up's, so I did not get to buy it tonight.

BTW it appears that the cat litter coupon is one per computer.

Stopped in tonight and could not find the 50 ct Oteo Bi-Flex item. In fact, there were no 50 ct items and not even a spot for them. No match found with UPC either. Oh well, thanks to those that shared. I may try one other store.

Forgot to mention clerk tried to find item and there weren't even any double strength sizes at all.

There are two sizes for double strength. The 50 ct is the one tagged for the +UPs. There is also a 150 ct which is much more expensive ($41.99 or so) with no +UPs...

I couldn't find it at the store I went to, either.

I've picked up a few of the Osteo BiFlex. I tried to order some but Telxon said it's discontinued-- so that's why you're not finding it. Once again RA uses us to clear shelves of discontinued product. In stores where there's only been one box the store has price modified the box to 50% off ($9.94). I've used the coupon and received the +Up. Just look for the cheapest product. In my stores its been with the other Osteo Biflex.

My store ran out of it.$19.54 is the cheapest one, the others are $24.xx
