I like the trading forum on hotcouponworld.com. You can trade for rebates and/or coupons. You can trade using PayPal gift funds.

ecrater PROHIBITS the sale of coupons. So the coupon sellers won't last long there.

This new eBay policy is hurting a lot of people, sellers and buyers. I know that everyone doesn't look at a coupon clipping service as a "real job" but there are quite a few people who get to stay home with their kids because of the hard work they do to clip coupons for others. Or even just make a little extra cash if the 9-5 "real job" isn't paying the bills. And people could go out and buy their own papers, but instead the choose to go on eBay and purchase them. So in all reality they are paying for the sellers "time to locate and clip the coupons". Too many sellers were trying to scam with the "FREE Product" coupons. But there are also a lot of Legitimate sellers on eBay as well.

Ecrater doesn't allow coupon sales. Any seller that has moved there, won't be there for long.

I have never been on ecrater before, but they have a coupon category. Why would they have that if coupons are not allowed?

don't take the word of someone who joined less than 24hrs ago

Here's an eBay seller who has started up his own site in response to the changes. He/She was smart enough to send an email to everyone that ever purchased from them on the bay.

couponfleamarket is about the highest price site there is and requires membership fee I believe.

Couponfleamarket does not require membership fee as a purchaser.  I've purchased from them several times.  Same seller would be on eBay and couponfleamarket but because eBay limited to 20 coupons at a time I'd purchase through couponfleamarket where you choose how many you want w/o limit.  Flat rate shipping of $1.  Sometimes higher prices, sometimes same as on eBay.  Sometimes can't find coupon on eBay and its on cfm.

Dear   customers
Thank you for your past coupon purchases.
Visit our new website at http://www.dogface-clippers-ny.com/ We are very close to you to help you match local sales.
We have added the last two weeks inserts to our new site. We feature these popular coupons leftover from the eBay store $1/2 Maruchan Yakisoba or Bowls Coupon 10/20/2013 Buy Now

$3/2 Gillette Cartridges, Razors, Shave Prep Coupons 9/30/2013 Buy Now Effective 9/1 eBay has implemented a more strict coupon selling policy that if enforced will practically end coupon sales. It is actually working. I did not see any of this week's insert coupons on the site. Might be harder to find what you are looking for in the short term as sellers look the next best venue

We liked the convenience of selling on eBay .....the fees and the strict rules not so much.

Our new site is set up for the convenience of the buyers looking to continue to meet sales and save on groceries in a tough economy. It was not as hard as to move as we thought
- No longer required to buy 20 coupons if you only need 10.
I see some sellers on web holding on to this eBay requirement on the web- No longer limited to buying 20 in a single auction or transaction- Orders can be more customized to your preference. Selling in even lots was only more convenient for seller
Our best customers return for the quick shipping and probably our location in New York City for fast delivery to NY, NJ, CT, and PA addresses.
On eBay, we try to keep ourselves small and only list what we have time to ship
Thanks.... hope to see you soon. Check your spam folder to ensure our site newsletter does not get lost in there

same, in fact he had some nice auctions on the $6/3 gillette q's when they came out. Was selling 5 for $3 shipped, one of the cheaper sellers. then he rasied his prices down the road cause they were such a "hot" commodity.
