Yeah for butter!Nope, PHD police officer. You have to pay before you maybe get your money back. That's against the rools. |

One pound blocks, ha. Everybody was so spoiled those days. When I was a child butter wasn't available in stores. Imagine that. We actually had to milk our cows, churn the milk into butter and chill it underground in wooden boxes and that was at 4 am in the morning. |

green for the freebie though Surprisingly, it is a full pound. I half expected it to say 14 oz. or something. Problem is, that would mess up a whole bunch of recipes. That whole "less for more" idea is a real ugly trend. I think it all started with the bacon guys cutting you back to 12 oz. from a pound. Then the cereal guys with less weight in the same box. I honestly wish they would be up front and just keep things the same size and raise the damn price honestly. I feel like they think we're stupid and won't notice or something. |

Worst of all is those damn tasty Peppridge Farm cookies. They shrink every 6 months it seems. |

It's mail in rebate... I thought it was a coupon. I don't think i'll be sending a rebate for something less than $10. This should belong in free stuff section |

green for the freebie though the form says, "1 lb." so, yes, it would be the same weight. |

It is an absolutely silly idea that will contribute to our Laziness Index. It will fail commercially or may be not. Meanwhile, I don't mind getting it free though. Thanks OP. |

Thanks. I'm in for a pound. My Grandmother used to just pull out a quarter pound stick out of the package at the store and say, "This is all I need." The clerks don't let her get away with that anymore, because how could they scan a quarter pound stick with no bar code? |
