Hypothetically you could use a virtual credit card number that expires in a month. Hypothetically of course... I tried that and their system wouldn't accept it. I had to use a CC that I plan to consolidate. |

Nice! I was about to post this deal after I received the e-mail today. The book was $9.99 + $2.49 shipping in my area. That breaks it down to roughly $6.98 after FC. We use the coupons so often I will definitely make money off this deal. Cheers! |

I tried the autorenewal deal because it mentioned free shipping on future books. Apparently they only mean on the full retail price one next year though. Otherwise I could have gotten books for -0.01 (9.99 - 10 CashBack--at a different CashBack site that I won't name this time). I would have bought several to give to friends, but I'm not quite generous enough to pay $2.98 (net w/ shipping) and then give away; the 2 I got for myself should be more than coupons to last until the fall. |

there is one way: you cancel the card after you order!..... how is that? Agreed. I use single-use credit card numbers for most online transactions. Citibank offers them with my MasterCard. I create a number for Entertainment.com to use for THIS book, the number is dead as can be by the time the renewal comes around. |

ItsJustDon said:For frequent fliers like me this is a no brainer as there is a 5% discount coupon (per book) for American Airlines. I've already got several books and with this deal plan on ordering several more. Thanks OP! Am I going nuts or did I miss something. All over fatwallet posts I keep seeing links to Giorgio Armani. Is this some sort of joke? And good post OP. Thanks. Edit: Nevermind, seems like someone at FW messed up: Text |

joedaddy123 said:Anyone receive their FatCash yet? I order 2 books on 5/01/08 and still no FC Oh, it takes a while...From the FAQ at: http://www.fatwallet.com/support/faqs.php#Cash_Back How long will I have to wait for money to show in my Cash Back account? While most merchants report in just a few days, others may take up to 3 weeks from the SHIPPING date. Nothing will show in your account until the merchant reports to us, so please do not worry (or send a support request) until 3 weeks after your ENTIRE order has been shipped. If you still don't see anything, then please send us complete order information on a Support Request. We'll help if we can but the bottom line is this: If we do not get paid by the merchant, we do not pay you. How long will I have to wait for my Cash Back to be available? Depending on the merchant, 91 - 121 days. Why? Because merchants typically have 90 days to reverse a transaction for return purposes. Your account will show "Pending" during this time. Some merchants take longer than others to pay us, and we can't pay you until they pay us! When the waiting is over, you will see the amount in your "Available Balance." You can then request payment. |

Then wait patiently for about a month or so. http://www.fatwallet.com/cashback/clickhistory.php I had the issue where the history did not even show that I had made a purchase through caskback for the Entertainment book. I emailed FW regarding this and it was very quickly resolved. The FW staff are really good at addressing issues very quickly. |
