I went to another CVS about a mile away and they only had the 40 pk. One Size marked so they had about 6 of the Assorted left. I bought three and the ECB printed no problem.
Assorted Sizes 60pk. contains 10-1"(25mm), 20-3/4"(19mm), 30-5/8"(15mm). The One Size 40 pk. contains 40-3/4"(19mm). The Assorted seems a better buy IMO at least it was for me.
Assorted 60 pk. Item# 702514 UPC# 050428702512
I bought the same ones yesterday and no ECB. I bought 2 boxes of the 60 ct sheer and 2 ECB printed out. |

I just missed my expiration! On the off chance that they accept using some override, is it the discretion of the cashier, or do they have to get a manager for approval? Wondering if I should ask a manager ahead of time or what? Thanks. saffronreynolds said:alaazz said:My ECB will expire June 1st, could I use it on that day? or I should use it before June 1st? thanks
Yes, June 1st is technically the last day to use them. Some stores will accept them later, but I wouldn't count on that. You can check with your stores to see if they will take them later, but they may change their mind, so it's usually best to go ahead and roll them. Also, ECBs actually expire at the same time when you earned them so if you got those at 10:00 AM then if you try to use them after 10:00 AM on June 1st they will beep. Many cashiers will push them in, but it can be a hassle. The register will tell them that the card number doesn't match so you may need to show them your card again to prove that is not the case.

Wondering if I should ask a manager ahead of time or what?I would first ask the cashier. If yes, your golden. If no, ask the manager. Didn't you learn any "negotiation" skills from your childhood? |

I had an ECB expire 5/21 and I didn't notice until 5/22. I went to CVS the next day and put it with my other coupons and ECBs figuring they would tell me it's expired, but the cashier just punched in something after if beeped and then accepted it, no questions asked. I think it may depend on how long it's been expired and how nice the cashier is. Cheshire128 said:I just missed my expiration! Get this, a clerk 2 days ago on Tuesday tried to deny me my ECB because my OOP cost was less than what she thought it should be. She asked the manager if I was entitled to the ECB because I only paid 40 cents (after using coupons and ECBs). I had bought several stuff over $25. The manager told her "Yeah, he's entitled to it!" She also tried to deny me using some of my coupons saying they were copied. I told her they were printed, not copied. The manager told her to scan them and if the register doesn't beep, they're okay. |

Has anyone tried to see if the Brut Fragrance product coupon would scan for the Brut deodorant at checkout? NJDevilsfan said:I don't know if this has been posted yet, but there are Brut coupons coming in tomorrow's paper. |

Question for the ECB Experts: If the ECB has a limit of 2 for a particular item, can I buy both at the same checkout and have both ECB print out at the same time? I've only bought 1 at a time since I'm afraid only 1 ECB will print out. |

I've only bought 1 at a time since I'm afraid only 1 ECB will print out. Only 1 will print for each offer on the receipt. If the item has a $4 ECB offer and you buy 2, you will get an ECB printout for $8. |

Thanks for that info. Since keeping the ECB small is easier to recycle it to buy another ECB item, I'll keep buying 1 at a time |

Sorry for double post. I was at cvs today and noticed Huggies 15 oz lotion was on clearance in the baby section and the ECB book says 2 bucks ECB this month for this. The item scans for 1.75 at checkout. But the $2 ECB didn't print. The store Assist MGR finally gave me cash equal to the ECB after some fuss. |
