yea I know, been waiting for a similar Kraft $20 deal like they had before. need more coffee.

Damn, limit 2 for most of the free stuff. Thats down from 3 for this month. Whats next, 0?

My ECB will expire June 1st, could I use it on that day? or I should use it before June 1st? thanks

alaazz said: My ECB will expire June 1st, could I use it on that day? or I should use it before June 1st? thankssome will let you use a week after expiration.

alaazz said: My ECB will expire June 1st, could I use it on that day? or I should use it before June 1st? thanks

see if you can roll them over before then on another free after ECB deal. If not, try to use on June 1 as there's no guarantee they will honor beyond that. It's up to the store and very YMMV.

Thanks Mr. C for the info. (Although kind of disappointed with the FA ECB items....) Oh, well.

Agreed, but, at least June is looking like the weekly deals could be hot if the June 1-7 ad is any indication with the Bounty/Charmin/Duracell deal. $10 ECB back on $20. Now toilet paper may not be glamorous, but we all need it. Far more useful than another free glucose monitor IMO.

What should I do with my glucose monitors? Someone must need one somewhere. Can I donate to somewhere?

tarcapone said: What should I do with my glucose monitors? Someone must need one somewhere. Can I donate to somewhere? Please do so. You will be blessed with million more deals. You can donate it to local homeless shelter, Goodwill store or salvation army. Or give it to someone who can use it.

I suggest the local Diabetes Foundation or a free clinic doctors office.

alaazz said: My ECB will expire June 1st, could I use it on that day? or I should use it before June 1st? thanks

Yes, June 1st is technically the last day to use them. Some stores will accept them later, but I wouldn't count on that. You can check with your stores to see if they will take them later, but they may change their mind, so it's usually best to go ahead and roll them.
Also, ECBs actually expire at the same time when you earned them so if you got those at 10:00 AM then if you try to use them after 10:00 AM on June 1st they will beep. Many cashiers will push them in, but it can be a hassle. The register will tell them that the card number doesn't match so you may need to show them your card again to prove that is not the case.

For the glucose meters - yes, please donate them. Another suggestion would be a Vet, animals get diabetes too and they use the same meters. But hospitals, clinics, shelters and such are also great choices.

Went on a CVS run this morning (6/1) the small Brut deoderant pictured in the ad rings up at $3.19 plus tax - then you get the $3 ECB's for the purchase. So $0.19 plus tax per stick isn't bad. Smells decent too!

Also - got the CVS adhesive bandages - June book says limit 2 ECB offers - but receipt showed that I had purchased 2 without offer limit reached. I have not been back up to pick up more - anyone else have this print on their receipt?

Thanks for everything Mistercheap!!

Also - use the following link from March to print out a $1 Listerine Smart Rinse coupons to make money on the monthly ECB deal. You can print 2 coupons!

Listerine Coupon

Is it limit 5? The scan is not very clear.

Now in effect! Enjoy the new monthly deals.

It looks like the bandage ECB limit is more than 2. I bought 2, still see "quantity need to earn reward: 1" and not "limit reached".

Yes, the limit is 5 according to the ECB book that I have in my hands.

Limit is 3.

Yes, I have about 5 now I need to donate. I have already given 3 to the local Nursing Home.

Regards,
EZ

Your vet may need the monitors also, they do use these for diabetic dogs.

TY for the Listerine coupon!

Will coupon or ECB affect the glucose monitor mfr rebate?

That explains why I've had issues using ECBs on the day they expire. Thanks for clearing that up.

Yes, the rebate will deduct all coupons applied to your receipt from your rebate.

The CVS Sheer Bandages 60 pk. Assorted Sizes is also free after $1.99 ECB. There was a shelf tag indicating this at my closest CVS so naturally they were sold out. I went to another CVS about a mile away and they only had the 40 pk. One Size marked so they had about 6 of the Assorted left. I bought three and the ECB printed no problem.

Assorted Sizes 60pk. contains 10-1"(25mm), 20-3/4"(19mm), 30-5/8"(15mm). The One Size 40 pk. contains 40-3/4"(19mm). The Assorted seems a better buy IMO at least it was for me.

I bought the same ones yesterday and no ECB.

only the 40Pack are eligible as per the monthly ECB book. Always go by the pictures in the book

CVS Pharmacy Sheer or Plastic Bandages 40 ct $1.99 Free after ECB (Limit 2, CORRECT: 3)

Astrosmurfboy said: only the 40Pack are eligible as per the monthly ECB book. Always go by the pictures in the book

The book is a good guide but CVS does add items and increase limits after the book is printed. The book only says 2 packs per card yet the limit is confirmed as 3. The assorted packs had a preprinted shelf tag that specifically said buy a 60 pk. assorted sizes and get $1.99 ECB or I would never have known they were included. I can only say my $5.97 ECB printed out no problem here in SE PA.

The 375 ct BOGO free package (750 ct totally) of CVS cotton swabs is on sale for $2.49. I wonder if this qualify for the $2 ECB?

Oh never mind. It's not the 500-625 ct as in the monthly long deal.

I bought the same 60ct yesterday and no ECB.

I actually price-checked the 60pk before I bought it (1.99), but no ECB printed out for the 2 I bought. The store only has free after ECB tags for the 40 ct (sheer & plastic). I'm in SoCal.

Do you mean package of 500-625 ct?

I got the 3 off 10 cvs brand purchase from the store self-scanner too. I wonder if the Gold Emblem brand counts as cvs brand?

bajar22 said: question from a ECB newbie - do you get ECB if you buy online? The CVS digital camera is $9.99 after ECB but I can't find it in my local CVS, so wondering whether I could get the same deal online. thanks!

no, ECB's tied directly to a specific product are in store only.
