They don't have store cards. At least on Staten Island. Also, there is no minimum purchase required to get this price. Just walk in, buy 2 cases of Snapple and that's it 
On a side note - they are the only supermarket I know doubling $1 coupons (there is a limit of 4 for the same transaction and limit of 2 for the same item)
