We're starting off with just a few rules.

1. No links to, or posting of altered coupons. If it looks too good to be true, we're going to take the stance that it probably is.

2. Trading, buying, selling...are allowed. We're going to assume you're selling your service, and treat it as such.

3. Please tag your posts as accurately as possible. This is going to be a valuable tool in the forum, so please treat it as such.

4. Coupon decoding...discussion of decoding isn't illegal.

Welcome back! Let's work on making this the best darn grocery forum around.

I think right now (not that I know) it's just mushed in together. If you want post a thread, I figure they can organize it once they put in catergories.

Literally reading the coding on the coupons. All those numbers stand for something specific. This is on it's way out as the new coupon coding is being put into place as well as new barcodes (they are starting to come out with the newer coupons)

My question to the mod(s).

Could I post about thecouponmom.com? This is a site with interactive deals lists for stores. Like it has an interactive list of what is on sale at Kroger in Atlanta this week and the final prices after coupons. It also has a coupon database by market. It's a great resource.

Disclaimer: I do work for the site. (it is also known as cutouthunger.org) I know old timers know it but I see lots of new faces here.

Pilotchase, I think that would be considered a competing site...as posting Kroger deals etc...is what we want here. Though certainly that is a mods call.

is there a list of coupon acronyms somewhere on here yet? i don't know what ppfe REM or whatever people are talking about.
