First off WELCOME! We have big plans for the forum, but it will take time to develop, so we thank your for you patience in advance.
Some of the things that are up for review are:
1) Move grocery/Health & Beauty to GC (In for dev time)
2) Make sure there are various ways to shop for what you want (product, store, coupon) ~ In for dev time
3) Adding deal types, and making sure are useful (FAR, MIR, Weekly Sales, printables, etc.) ~ In for dev time
4) GC trading (yes)
5) Possible “GC expert” to help FW manage GC
6) Define rules (posting, trading, decoding etc.)
7) Possible posting wizard to keep post easy to read/review
8) A auto lock feature for limited time offers/sales topics
9) OMG Grocery coupon database!!! (this is going to happen)
10) List of popular printable coupon sites (this is going to happen)
11) Super secret stuff we can't tell you about!
While we are "under construction", we put this forum back in to let you all start posting/trading/discussing grocery coupons. This is by no means "done." In fact it is just to give you all a place to start until we get dev time on tools/options. If you have followed my thread here, you will get a idea of what we are going to do. please post any suggestions in thread. It keeps all the ideas in one spot, and makes it easier for us to view for new suggestions.
We know it is not optimal, so please use the tag feature to help sort the coupons
Example: Publix Supermarkets 2 Pack Kashi Cereals and 64 oz Silk Soy Milk $5 AC
The tags would include: Publix, Kashi, Cereal, Silk, Soy Milk, AC
This was the site that made me the internet nut I am today and then you all had to go and dump us couponers with the trash...boo hoo...but alas I am glad you all came to your sences and wanted us back! Thank you!
I think saying that they dumped people to the trash is rather harsh.
BUT they certainly came to their senses! Welcome back!

Sorry didn't mean to sound harsh but I felt pretty "dumped" when the Fat wallet folks cut this couponing forum however long ago....I guess I should just stay where I am now if it is that easy to offend. Ta Ta

I can understand how you were upset when they shut down the board.
This will be a "Deal" forum at it's heart, so I see someone thanking you for the effort and time to post what you posted as a good thing. It's a friendly gesture letting you know that you are appreciated.
Great! I like it (and like doing it) but pretty much quit doing it when folks were putting it down as post-count adds. (I really could care less what my post count is--I don't even know because I don't look.) I appreciate the work people put in to find and post these deals, and I know it makes me feel good to see someone liked what I posted.

I don't think it was a put down towards people who thank the op for a deal they partake in, as much as in reference when you see someone just going down a bunch of posts randomly and typing "thx" in 20 or 30 threads in a row without really looking at what they are posting in (many of those posts are for long dead, or never received items).

Please note that it is just not a coupon forum. It will have online, and regular grocery deals in it also. HOWEVER, with the ability to use categories, and build custom views, you can set up several views that lets you see as little, or as much as you want. If you want to see everything but online deals, you can check every thing, but online deals, and hit "apply filter."
I know it's a mess, and we are working on "how to" for tags, categories, and how to build/save custom views. Please hang in there till i can get things sorted out.
