**the previous member requested/ADMIN title change took it from various coupons resource links about coupon systems and other info and made it into topic of something else.** But was retitled by original poster for the intended correct usage.**

this thread is not about ghosting, fraud, theft and such. it is about discussing coupon system happenings, news, interesting online coupon behaviors by coupon industry, etc... and facts, those are always welcome to help balance the couponing scale in consumers favor.
