1) there's no official rebate "form" 2) info is on the box itself i.e. address to send to, terms and conditions, etc. 3) only select boxes will have this
If someone who DOES get a box with the rebate info, please post it so others can simply mail in their UPCS & receipts.
Rebate form is printed on the inside of the box, you can cut it out when you cut out your UPC code.
FWIW, the cereal was really good, will probably go back and--gasp!!--PAY for another box! Enjoy! sno-man

Thank you for this info. I'm going to check this out at my local store. Sounds really yummy. I like the Frosted Mini-Wheats.

That would be helpful BUT need to make sure the UPCs are exactly the same between boxes that do and don't have the rebate on them. And that includes any extra numbers or codes which might appear slightly above or below the UPC number. Just want to make sure there's not some gotcha by which they can deny the rebate saying the UPC didn't come from a qualifying box. We all know how rebate companies look for ways to avoid paying.
I bought a box this weekend that had a rebate form on the inside. The box had a bright yellow banner with blue letters saying TRY FREE! It also mentions Kellogg's Smart Start Strawberry Oat Bites Cereal as being FAR.
Limit 1 per name, address, household.
UPC on my box: 0 38000 38948 1

Forget that, I don't think blueberry cereal is compatible with my stomach.

Used the product locater feature on the website and there is none sold within 30 miles of my house. Dang, I really wanna try this stuff too. It'd really be nice if they brought back "Fruit Wheats," from back in the day, pretty much like a mini-wheat but with a nice dollop of fruit inside each wheat square.
unhuman said: Pretty much any cereal is FAR. Just write the manufacturer saying it sucked. They'll give you some cash. I'm sure they get wise to you after your 20th box or so. After that, you'll have to resort to stepping on the boxes at the store, and wait for the manager to mark it down 50%.
